i can't describe it, but i have a friend that fits the description.

whenever i see anyone who has similar features (on tv and on the streets, i've seen people who has that kind of look!!!), i'll think of him.
it's not the guai look.
but it's also not the ah beng look.
it's the a-bit-mischievous look.
and sad to say, but i think it also has the proud look.
