the poster is quite a bad representation of the movie.
definitely NOT cartoonish in ANY way.
no wonder there were so many guys in the theatre.
quite a bit of gory and lots of action, and not like the typical alien show.
i liked it!
been some long time since there were shows involving aliens,
and this show brings out a whole new r/s between aliens and humans!
think: can aliens and humans coexist peacefully, like any other animals and us?
the difference here is that, the aliens had an advanced set of cognition.
they could think, remember, the smarter ones could reason pretty well, and they have their very own language. it didn't sound like any language that could possibly belong to earth, but the humans in the show were able to understand and comprehend clearly. oh. the aliens had names too. for eg, christopher. nevertheless, they were being manipulated and exploited by humans, just like poor animals. no rights, no say, no nothing.

oh the cinematography's actually not bad. it really had this sense of reality. for a moment i thought that something like that could have happened somewhere a long time ago but i ruled against it cos then it would be bigger than the 9/11 event. one of the camera techniques used was something like that in cloverfield, though, thankfully, not throughout the whole 2 hours. it had a pretty good effect i would say.
