here's why i don't wanna stay on landed property:

1) mom will still have to climb stairs, more often than ever.
2) cable tv will be expensive.
3) maintenance of the garden/pond.
4) maintenance of a burglar alarm.
5) hard to clean the house.
6) far from the mrt/bus stop -> transport expenses increase.
7) too far from mom's workplace.
8) too far from town.
9) random insects and animals will crawl into the house. (for eg, snakes and rats and tons of cockroaches and lizards.)
10) i love my house.
