National Geographic is THE Life yo! was watching "In The Womb: Twins, Triplets & Quads" and gosh! they showed the development, AND then the surgery to take them out.
the development of the foetus: quite cute actually, they kinda fight for space in the womb. or play "behind the curtains" (taking the placenta as a curtain, if they're in different placentas) the illustration was one kid kicking the other -.-" the one being kicked just rested his head against the wall of the womb. COME ON MAN. BE STRONG. :/
the surgery: i was going 'hoe-mah-gawd. *drops jaw*' first, they cut the mother's stomach, then they cut the placenta/amniotic sac. *squish!* some amniotic fluid splashes out. the surgeon proceeds by grabbing the TINY kid; pulling him out, stuffing the funnel into his mouth, clipping the umbilical cord and lets the nurse do the rest.
gosh it's so gross. i can imagine myself undergoing cesarean next time :/ I WANNA HAVE TWO KIDS CANNOT IS IT.
